About the Team Recoveries is a core part of Capital One’s Card business that drives business and customer value through recovering charged-off debt. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the Discover integration initiative driving the strategy to convert charged off accounts into the Capital One ecosystem and Recoveries strategies to deliver business value while keeping our customer experience top of mind! We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited about driving transformation for Capital One. This product manager will lead the product discovery and integration strategy for the Recoveries Personal Loans portfolio. In this role, the product manager will partner across key stakeholders to develop the business case for the integration approach, identify and design conversion and business capabilities to support the new personal loan account portfolio, and lead the delivery of solutions. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
