About The Position

This role is for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Tenant Value tower on the Payment Platform team. This person will lead a team of product managers who are responsible for enabling payments as a lever for internal customers’ strategies, including Capital One Auto Finance, Customer Resiliency and more. This product leader will build out a Tenant Value strategy that is aligned to the broader Capital One payments agenda, and will drive alignment with partners on a cohesive delivery roadmap to get us there. Big problem areas this person will solve include unlocking cutting edge payment capabilities and enabling high value use cases, such as faster payment clearing, integration of open banking data and more. The team also has an ambitious AI/ML agenda and UI enhancements that they are excited to explore with their tenants.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tenant Value tower on the Payment Platform team.
