About the Team The Enterprise Core Platform team is on a mission to build real-time, intelligent processing critical to managing accounts and transactions for Capital One's Card line of business. We are seeking a Senior Manager with a persistent desire to learn both the business and technology, sound problem-solving skills to drive results in undefined problem areas through strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, and the ability to mentor and coach other team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate quick learning agility, drive in-depth discovery, formulate data-backed and principled recommendations, and consistently and proactively identify high-leverage impact to drive results.
