About The Position
The Card Core Modernization team runs the "nuclear" core processing platform and associated capabilities for the card business. We're working backward from a vision to radically transform how we work and how we serve our hundreds of millions of customers. This platform is the foundation that the Capital One's consumer life-cycle is built upon including: Product Setup + Account Booking, Account cycling and billing, Settlement functions, Account and Transaction SORs, Merchant and Fraud Dispute Handling, Account closure, and much more. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will chart the path to Capital One's future and profoundly impact our business by both decommissioning an old and building a new platform that is accurate, scalable, and flexible to support the businesses we're in today and the future products we haven't even imagined yet. They will have a keen eye for understanding the customer problem and collaborating with technology and business domain experts to design a sustainable solution while ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed every step of the way.
