As a Product Manager for Botnet Protection, this role will deliver game-changing solutions to secure Capital One’s business applications and data traversing the network infrastructure from BOT attacks, while ensuring business agility, user productivity and operational simplicity, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy. The role requires demonstrating proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
At least 6 years of experience working in Information Technology
At least 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
2+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (WAF, Botnet Protection, DDoS Mitigation, IPS/IDS, NGFW, DNS Security)
One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises
