About The Position

Vidyard is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead our Product Design team, reporting to the VP, Product and Design. You will work closely with the Product team to help define the vision and strategy for the suite of Vidyard products. You will champion design-led thinking and serve as a strategic partner in the product development process - ensuring every customer interaction reflects an “it just works” experience while reimagining the ways customers will use Vidyard in the future. This role is critical in building a world-class design discipline at Vidyard. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business and shape not just our products, but our people and the way we design and build. This is a remote-first role open to candidates located in Canada. Our Product Design team includes three Product Designers and a Copywriter/Technical Writer, each embedded in cross-functional squads alongside Product Managers, Software Development Managers, and Developers. We strive to deliver accessible, customer-centric experiences grounded in research and data, and we've built a collaborative critique culture focused on solving the problems that matter most to our customers' day-to-day work. We're a team that's actively evolving how we design. We embrace AI as a core part of our creative and operational toolkit - whether that's accelerating research synthesis, exploring design directions faster, or improving how we document and communicate our work. We're not just keeping up with the industry; we're constantly evaluating and adopting best-in-class AI tools to push the quality of our work and the efficiency of how we do it. If you're excited by the idea of helping shape what a modern, AI-forward design practice looks like, this team is for you.
