About The Position

Senior Manager, Product - Customer Data Overall Associate Expectations The Senior Manager, Customer & Enterprise Data Product leads product management for multi-brand customer and enterprise data capabilities. This player-coach role is responsible for shaping and delivering a product vision and roadmap that enables advanced data capabilities, analytics, data-related AI, and activation across brands, driving business growth and customer engagement. The Senior Manager will guide and mentor product team members while also directly managing key initiatives. Remit — Product Management of • Multi-brand customer data source of truth, supporting all analytics and data modeling use cases • Customer data activation capabilities, including audiencing, segmentation, CDP (Customer Data Platform) features, and future AI decisioning • Enterprise data warehouse enhancements and evolution Primary Initiatives • Migration from Epsilon home-grown customer data activation source to Epsilon CDP • Establishment of multi-brand C360 across 6 brands, uniting disparate sources • Creation of a fully modern and integrated enterprise data warehouse for all brands

Requirements

  • At least three years in product management related to customer data, enterprise data, and their uses
  • Expertise in analytics, data modeling, customer segmentation, AI/LLM, and audiencing
  • Proven ability to own the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap through requirements and delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, user story writing, and backlog management

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and strategic roadmap for customer and enterprise data capabilities
  • Align product strategy with enterprise objectives and data-driven marketing priorities
  • Guide team members in developing and executing product strategies
  • Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams for data and analytics products
  • Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows with precision and clarity
  • Ensure requirements are traceable and aligned with business value delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Drive alignment and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Mentor and coach product managers and analysts
  • Prioritize features and backlog items to maximize business impact and delivery efficiency
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of capabilities and enhancements
  • Support testing, change management, and training to enable adoption of new data capabilities
  • Communicate to all impacted teams throughout
  • Monitor usage and performance of data platforms and tools
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform enhancements and future roadmap planning
  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in data management and analytics
