About The Position

Front is a customer operations platform designed for B2B complexity, ensuring teams, tools, and customer conversations are synchronized to facilitate scaling without losing personal connection. Unlike platforms that handle simple interactions, Front specializes in the coordination and context required for complex B2B customer relationships, serving over 9,000 companies including Uber Freight, Navan, and Stripe. The company is backed by Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures, having raised $204M, and has received numerous accolades as a Great Place to Work. Front is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a team of product analysts, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and elevate the standards for data-driven measurement, learning, and decision-making. This role demands high ownership, independent operation, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while maintaining a hands-on approach to the work.

Requirements

  • Strong product analytics foundation: you have owned product metrics, funnel analysis, retention/cohort work, and north-star measurement in a product-led environment.
  • 2–3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Experience partnering with executives and senior cross-functional leaders, and influencing decisions without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong judgment on data quality, instrumentation, and metric definitions (you know when the data is wrong, and how to fix it).
  • Experience building or scaling experimentation programs.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, and experience working with modern analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Mode, Omni or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills: you can make complex analysis understandable and useful.

  • Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM to shape roadmap priorities and evaluate tradeoffs with data.
  • Drive insight to action, translating ambiguous questions into clear analyses, recommendations, and decisions.
  • Build scalable analytics systems, including experimentation practices (A/B testing), self-serve reporting, and data quality processes.
  • Tell compelling stories with data for executive audiences, including concise narratives, clear visuals, and actionable next steps.
