Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement management, category strategy, and strategic sourcing within complex business environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and supplier relationship management expertise to drive cost efficiencies and mitigate risks.
• Financial acumen to conduct advanced analyses, build business cases, and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influential communication skills to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.
• Adaptability and problem-solving proficiency to manage multiple projects and implement continuous improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support sourcing decisions and total cost of ownership evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex procurement challenges and influence business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract management practices.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.
