Position Summary As the Process Excellence - Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and streamline end-to-end processes. You will provides both strategic direction and hands-on leadership, managing a team of process improvement professionals and partnering closely with business leaders to drive measurable, sustainable results.
