About The Position

The position is responsible for GIC (Linzess, Viberzi and overseeing Creon) Gross-to-Net sales planning and reporting. The incumbent will estimate rebates/discounts for products, provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed, and prepare all required schedules for Plan/LBE/LRP. Responsibilities will include leading all aspects for planning and reporting for the franchise's rebates/discounts for Plan, LBE, and LRP, updating all monthly and Plan/LBE schedules, assisting with routine LBE submissions, and forecasting all product rebate/discount rates and utilization for all payer channels. The role also involves understanding and discussing all price-related variances on a monthly and plan cycle basis, attending routine planning meetings, and being the primary contact for the brand team for any pricing-related questions. The incumbent will work with forecasting and commercial finance to present a consolidated net sales message and coordinate timing of consolidated reporting and key deliverables for the US Commercial Pricing team. Additionally, the role includes preparing the Quarterly Landing file for Demand Planning net sales estimates and serving as the key contact for Investor Relations information and analyses. The position will also manage one Grade 18 level position and is expected to operate independently while maintaining alignment with the Finance Director.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience.
  • Ability to interact with and support senior level management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning, and decision making skills.
  • Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
  • Open to new ideas, creative, and utilizes value-added principles in approach.
