Raytheon is seeking a Senior Manager, Position to Win (ASDS) to analyze competitive intelligence and conduct Position to Win (PoTW) analysis. The Senior Manager will support the Air and Space Defense Systems Strategic (ASDS) Business Unit. Duties include synthesizing intelligence from primary and secondary sources to recommend Raytheon's most strategic positioning on US and international pursuits. The Senior Manager regularly presents findings and recommendations to executive level audiences. The Senior Manager works closely yet independently with cross-functional teams to determine competitor technical solution(s), bid strategy and probable behavior. The Senior Manager requires a strong ability to apply creative initiative in PTW analysis, tools, methodologies, and practices. The Senior Manager will have a record of success in building support, motivating others, promoting teamwork, fostering open communication, establishing trust, and showing adaptability.
