We are looking for investors that are highly driven, easy to work with, and passionate about economics, capital markets and investment decision-making to help our advisory and institutional clients build better portfolios. The role involves delivering value to advisors and institutional clients seeking consultation on asset allocation, manager selection, and overall portfolio construction. You will synthesize the best of Fidelity's intellectual capital and incorporate thought leadership into portfolio construction, gaining a deep understanding of Fidelity's business cycle framework and asset allocation views from our Asset Allocation Research Team (AART). You will absorb manager research and thought leadership from Fidelity Institutional Wealth Adviser (FIWA) to maintain an open architecture investment approach and champion advisor education on topics such as portfolio construction with alternative investments. Additionally, you will distill investment and market insights and establish a sound grasp of Fidelity's investment approach through quarterly meetings with Fidelity's top portfolio managers. The role also requires collaboration with Portfolio Strategists, delivering on the needs of recurring clients, and completing ad hoc projects. You will communicate key findings and actionable guidance in a clear, concise, and inspiring manner, while being receptive to mentorship from leadership and team members.
