About The Position

As a Senior Manager at Logic20/20, you will help develop business, strategize for go-to-market, and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible, influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of client-facing consulting experience at a leading consulting firm, with 3-5 years at the manager level.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and managing relationships within large client organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with both business and technical focus.
• Extensive experience developing PMO frameworks.
• Experience supporting remote sensing projects (e.g., LiDAR, drone, satellite imagery).
• Experience working within the utilities industry.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing consultants.
• Willing and able to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs.
• Support the development of business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders.
• Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future state business processes.
• Perform and manage technical project work such as developing solution concepts, reviewing vendors' design documents, and requirements traceability.
• Support business requirements definition, and request for proposal development.
• Support proposal evaluation, selection process, statement of work development, and vendor contract negotiation.
• Support or act as a project manager to develop project plans, key milestones, and project control structure.
• Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others' knowledge and skill levels.
• Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Support proposals and business development for utility clients.
