About The Position
As a Senior Manager of Platform Engineering, you will be a key techno-functional leader responsible for overseeing PepsiCo's platform engineering operations. You will drive a strong vision for platform engineering, ensuring platform stability, observability, and cost optimization. Leading a team of platform engineers, you will build tools for platform operations and data operations within the PepsiCo Data Lake, enabling analytics, visualization, machine learning, and product development across the company. Additionally, you will oversee the platform governance team, implementing frameworks to enforce best practices for large-scale, complex data applications in cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with process owners, product owners, and business users to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX.
