The Senior Manager role is a strategic leadership role designed to support the Director of Professional Services Immersion and plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution. The Senior Manager will help drive the development of people leaders and project managers and is responsible for building leadership capabilities, optimizing team performance, fostering a healthy culture, and achieving high quality business outcomes. This role is ideal for an established people leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Manager will help shape the future of the Immersion team by building processes, strengthening team proficiencies, mentoring team leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across hiring, onboarding, training, service delivery, and client engagement.
