About The Position

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving digital marketing performance across all U.S. divisions. Working under the direction of the VP, Digital Sales & Marketing Operations, this role focuses on campaign performance, data integrity, reporting insights, and continuous optimization. This individual partners closely with Do You Convert and division teams to ensure paid media, website engagement, and lead conversion metrics are consistently improving. This role is located at our Empire Homes U.S. Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of real estate digital marketing performance experience
  • Working knowledge of housing/real-estate marketing compliance (Fair Housing, ADA) and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA)., and asset readiness protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and influence division or field marketing teams without creating execution bottlenecks.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads & Analytics (GA4) Meta Ads Manager CRM reporting (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Lasso, etc.) Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Deep comfort with spreadsheets and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Marketing Analytics) is an asset.
  • Experience in homebuilding or multi-location businesses preferred
  • Preferred certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Media Buying, HubSpot/Pardot (or equivalent MAP), SEO certifications (Yoast/SEMRush).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance across channels (Google, Meta, etc.) to drive efficient lead generation and sales outcomes
  • Track and analyze key KPIs including cost per lead, cost per appointment, conversion rates, and cost per sale
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities; implement data-driven improvements
  • Evaluate lead quality across sources, focusing on conversion performance—not just volume
  • Analyze the full funnel (speed-to-lead, engagement, appointment conversion) to identify and resolve breakdowns
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation
  • Maintain and manage performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy across platforms and CRM systems
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly insights to leadership, translating data into clear recommendations
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve performance
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across campaigns; scale winning strategies and share best practices
  • Stay current on platform changes and continuously evolve campaign strategies
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems
  • Audit CRM integrations and lead routing processes; standardize measurement practices across teams
