We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Media to lead the strategy, investment planning, and optimization of large-scale digital media programs in a regulated healthcare environment. This role is responsible for full-funnel media strategy, cross-channel integration, and performance outcomes across paid search, paid social, video, programmatic, and emerging platforms. As a senior leader within Marketing, you will own media investment strategy and allocation, oversee agency and platform partners, and ensure that performance marketing drives efficient patient acquisition while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare advertising regulations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for paid media strategy, working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to align media investments with enterprise growth objectives, CAC targets, and long-term brand equity.
