About The Position
The Senior Manager, People Partnering serves as a strategic HR business partner to Pampered Chef’s Officer team, Directors, and People Managers. This leader is responsible for shaping and delivering people strategies that drive performance, culture, and engagement across the organization. In addition to leading the people partnering function, this role will steward our HR operations including HRIS and People Analytics, playing a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and has two direct reports – a Senior People Partner who serves as the strategic business partner to Officers and departments alongside this role as well as drives strategic engagement and performance processes, and a People Partner who leads our HRIS system, HR Analytics, and supports our human resource operations and partners with payroll. Additionally, the People Team has two COE leads - a Total Rewards leader and a Talent leader who also report to the CPO.
