Will you be a part of the team? Our people team is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations & Strategy to join our People Team and act as strategic partners to our rapidly scaling business. This role will ensure we deliver exceptional support to employees and leaders within the Engineering and Product (R&D) teams while maintaining compliance and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of at least 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program. This role will also require quarterly travel to the Bay Area to collaborate with stakeholders and support key initiatives.
