About The Position
The Senior Manager, People Operations Reporting will drive data-driven decision-making across people operations, HR compliance, total rewards, HRIS management, onboarding, and offboardings. As a trusted partner, the Manager will draw on their strong foundational knowledge of HR to help lead best-in-class People Operations processes, procedures, and systems that meet the company's business needs and provide excellent customer service to our workforce.
