Manages, plans, organizes, and evaluates the delivery of strategic HR expertise. Coordinates and communicates HR initiatives. Fosters relationships with department leaders, and counsels on issues relevant to their team members. Educates departments on processes and procedures and helps facilitate the delivery of leader-focused programs to support learning and development. Serves as a trusted advisor for entry- to mid-level people leaders across the organization on HR processes, procedures, and relevant issues to enable them to be more effective leaders.
