About The Position
Datadog is seeking a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (PBP) to lead and coach members of the People Business Partner team while partnering closely with leadership and our broader People team to support our growing global organization. This role will support our Global Product Design, Technical Program Management, and Information Security functions. In addition to owning a business-aligned scope, the Senior Manager will oversee team members to ensure delivery of strategic people solutions that drive impact and scale. This position requires a balance of team leadership, direct partnership with senior stakeholders, and continuous collaboration with People Centers of Excellence (COEs). Datadog has had exponential growth year-over-year and has no plans to stop - so there is a lot to learn from and contribute to our rapidly scaling team.
