This strategic role reporting to the VP of People Digital Services and Analytics is responsible for driving innovation in HR reporting, managing a team of report writers, and delivering actionable insights through Workday’s full suite of reporting tools—including Prism Analytics, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards. A strong foundation in HR processes and data is essential, as you will ensure reporting solutions align with HR business needs and data governance standards.
