About The Position

The role is responsible for leading the Partner Integration & Activation (PIAA) Managers while ensuring the successful execution of NAR REALTOR Benefits® (NAR RB) partner campaigns and integrations. This position manages the Partner Health Report to track KPIs and engagement, oversees campaign calendars, and ensures all partner entitlements are delivered on time and in alignment with NAR branding standards. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Director of NAR RB, the role applies customer experience (CX) best practices, leveraging member journey maps and personas to guide messaging, storytelling, and strategic partner integration. This leader ensures operational excellence from onboarding through campaign execution.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of client relationship management, marketing, business development, or a closely related field
  • Experience with campaign development, partner integration, and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience leading or managing a team preferred
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and partner program execution
  • Experience managing people and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to develop and interpret KPIs and health metrics to assess performance and engagement
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Own and directly manage assigned Partner accounts while providing oversight, guidance, and strategic support across the broader Partner portfolio – lead, mentor, and support the PIAA Managers
  • Maintain & Manage group and individual KPIs and Partner Engagement through Partner Health Report
  • Oversee NAR RB Program and Partner campaign calendars
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all partner entitlements
  • Manage onboarding new partners
  • Develop and ensure execution of all Partner Integration – working with each manager and capturing in Health Report.
  • Adhere to NAR branding standards for all communications and marketing programs
  • Coordinate Campaigns and Integrations timelines and approvals with stakeholders
  • Work with Director to apply CX best practices to Partner Assets/Programs
  • Use member journey maps and persona insights to guide campaign/messaging
  • Ensure storytelling is leveraged in program and partner messaging.
