Requirements

• 5+ years in partner operations, commercial enablement, or similar roles in data, ad-tech, or SaaS
• Experience in scaling processes and building governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce
• Ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Experience influencing across Legal, Security, Product, and Sales
• Ability to distill complex topics into thoughtful insights

Responsibilities

• Lead and automate third-party workflows
• Lead the end-to-end Third-Party Agreement (TPA) process across U.S. and international markets
• Build smarter workflows using automation and AI to reduce manual steps and improve speed
• Run quarterly reviews with Legal, Data Security, and Product teams
• Identify gaps, share relevant insights, and help shape our product roadmap and resource planning
• Define clear partner personas and tailor agreement language to match
• Make it easier for suppliers to self-serve and move quickly
• Work with Product Operations to embed governance into the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to bring TPA workflows into supplier dashboards for real-time visibility
