We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Search & AI Platforms to own one of our most revenue-critical acquisition channels: Google, Microsoft, and the next generation of AI-driven discovery platforms. This is not a traditional paid search management role. It is a senior-level individual contributor position designed for someone who wants to become a deep subject matter expert in auction-based media, AI-driven bidding systems, and the evolving intersection of search and LLM-powered discovery. You will have full ownership of strategy, experimentation, and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Search, and emerging AI-native formats - with direct revenue accountability. Search is rapidly shifting toward automation, AI-generated results, conversational interfaces, and visual-first formats. We need someone who wants to go deep, move fast, and build a durable acquisition engine inside that change.
