This role requires an individual to use strong design and facilitation skills to foster a development environment. The position is designed for a professional who is comfortable owning and managing mid-size projects while ensuring the outcomes match objectives. Additionally, this role will apply business knowledge and functional human resources expertise to provide direct employee and leader support.
