About The Position

The Senior Manager of Enterprise HCM will serve as the strategic leader for all People systems across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring technology initiatives align seamlessly with business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of internal staff and external consultants, managing the Oracle Cloud HCM suite and safety-related applications. The ideal candidate will champion projects that support corporate growth goals while maintaining compliance, mitigating cyber risks, and influencing enterprise-wide priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience collaborating with senior business leaders in technology-driven environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time
  • Strong understanding of application development, database design, and enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM (minimum 5 years) and related modules such as Time Management and Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Skilled in project management, risk analysis, and vendor negotiation
  • Experience working in both Fortune 100 organizations and fast-paced growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technology strategy and drive innovation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with cybersecurity standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and best practices
  • Partner closely with HR leadership to enhance HCM capabilities, streamline processes, and improve employee experience
  • Drive strategic planning for system enhancements, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and ROI analysis
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and SOW management, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards for projects, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and solutions for complex challenges
  • Promote quality assurance and reduce technical inefficiencies through structured methodologies such as wireframes and formal sign-offs
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA) when handling sensitive employee information
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to executives through clear, concise updates on milestones, budgets, and business impact
  • Champion enterprise transformation initiatives that leverage technology for speed and scalability
