About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle Applications, a strategic and technically proficient leader responsible for defining and driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. In this role, you will guide the design, development, and implementation of scalable Oracle EBS capabilities that support our retail operations across both B2B and B2C channels. As a key leader, you will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with multi-functional project teams, and lead improvements and transformations across our enterprise systems. You will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling the systems that power our customers, operations, and business performance. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/EBS, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building collaboration and accountability.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules across Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management.
  • Displayed understanding of Finance and Accounting systems.
  • Skilled in system integration techniques and tools (e.g., APIs, EDI, middleware) and experienced with trading partner onboarding via EDI.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with demonstrable experience leading all aspects of customer relationships.
  • Ability to run multiple workstreams efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud modules such as GOP and EPM is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a distributed team to implement, support, and enhance Oracle EBS (R12.2.x) across Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Define and implement the Oracle EBS roadmap aligned with business strategy and regional priorities.
  • Oversee end-to-end solutions for core processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Finance.
  • Run integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, EDI, CRM, WMS) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain integration uptime, resolve issues, and meet SLAs.
  • Establish standards for system design, development, documentation, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security across Oracle and connected platforms.
  • Act as the liaison IT and business teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
