Our Infrastructure Operations & Engineering department is seeking a Senior Manager to join our team delivering critical life-saving solutions to mobile network operators, public safety agencies, and telecommunications carriers across North America and abroad. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with operations and engineering teams to automate, optimize, and support both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. The Senior Manager is a seasoned leader responsible for the availability, performance, and scalability of critical, customer-production, global infrastructure. This infrastructure hosts an integration of off-the-shelf & custom-developed, real-time media and geospatial applications used by Comtech's telecommunications and public safety customers. This individual will drive operational excellence through the design and implementation of efficient and repeatable operational processes - instilling urgency, accountability, and precision across a large, distributed operations organization.
