Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience required, ideally in a multi-site or outpatient setting.
  • Use of EMR systems - very strongly preferred experience with Athena.
  • Proven success leading teams, managing performance, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working closely with clinical teams; mental health experience preferred.
  • Strong communicator, data-driven, and adaptable with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Hire, coach, and support practice managers and staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations across multiple practices, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Partner with clinical leaders on provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze KPIs to improve operational, financial, and clinical outcomes.
  • Enable Growth: Support new practice launches and implement strategies to expand our market presence.
  • Optimize Processes: Streamline workflows and communication to enhance patient care and team performance.

Benefits

  • Total compensation including bonus potential approximately $140,000 - $150,000.
  • Flexibility to work from any of our locations in the DC metro market.
  • Some light travel in the DMV market occasionally.
