  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including front-office staff, risk professionals, and senior executives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple work streams across geographical locations and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) and membership in professional associations (e.g., GARP, PRMIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute against a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with operational risk management objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Create innovative and engaging training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and prioritize training initiatives.
  • Deliver training programs globally, ensuring consistency in content, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the impact of training interventions through metrics and analytics, refining programs to drive performance improvement.
  • Incorporate relevant insights from industry practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments into learning initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Support audits and exams as needed.
