Responsibilities

• Lead the future of digital integration at Walmart as a Senior Manager, Operations - NHM Digital Integration.
• Direct and execute complex projects and digital integration initiatives.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement innovative tools for store activation and fulfillment.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships by influencing adjacent leaders and teams, and lead the successful execution of projects, pilots, and tests from inception through completion.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver business solutions and meet key metrics.
• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging and excellence.
