About the team: The Driver Experience team focuses on enhancing the engagement of gig contractors through the Spark Driver App. The team works collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions, lead strategic initiatives, and manage projects aligned with business objectives. By leveraging strong operational and analytical skills, the team drives improvements that strengthen the overall value proposition and support Walmart’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The Senior Manager, New Driver Experience will lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the early driver lifecycle. This role leads the strategy and roadmap to drive engagement, accelerate activation, and improve retention. Partnering across Product, Analytics, and Operations, you will design scalable solutions that enhance onboarding and early experience. This role is critical to transforming the new driver journey into a data driven engine that strengthens supply, improves experience, and enables sustainable growth. What you'll do... Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a strategy to improve new driver activation, engagement, and retention Program Leadership: Lead cross functional programs to deliver onboarding and early lifecycle improvements Driver Lifecycle Optimization: Identify friction points and improve end to end driver journeys Experimentation & Continuous Improvement: Drive testing and experimentation to optimize driver experience and performance Data, Insights & Performance Management: Partner with Analytics and Data Science to generate insights and establish KPIs to track performance Cross Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions Business Case Development & Stakeholder Influence: Build business cases and influence leadership on strategic priorities What you'll bring... Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in program or project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar project-focused strategic role. Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups. Exceptional presentation skills with strong experience building and leading executive presentations. Expert understanding of selecting the right metrics and KPIs to track and manage business goals. Proven ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting. Experienced working with product and tech teams to design solutions to business problems and building business cases for program needs. End-to-end project management skills.
