About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.

• Leadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Data Driven - Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC/R maintenance for 53 facilities.
• Leads 4 Sr. Managers, 2 General Maintenance, and 2 HVAC/R technicians.
• Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs.
• Oversee budget management and evaluation of workflow.
• Ensure tickets are being escalated properly.
• Works directly with different vendors and contractors.
