About The Position

Our team's mission is to equip our Fashion Teams with the necessary expertise to ensure our stores are the best place to shop and work. This position will partner directly with Merchandising teams for multiple Fashion departments; as well as, project work to support the overall mission for the Fashion Operations team. What you'll do... Optimize seasonal transitions and various operational efficiencies. Improve availability for all the ways our customer's shop. Utilize AI/Data for efficiency and to underpin data driven decisions and problem solving. Reduce modular friction. Support and champion the stores through partnership with Merchandising, the Customer Care team, store Communication, and various Home Office departments. Analytical skills for evaluating processes and an aptitude for learning new systems and turning data into information.
