About The Position
Daikin Applied is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Excellence! In this position, you will provide management, direction and guidance in the development, implementation, and sustainment of continuous improvement and skills development activities and programs for Daikin Applied Aftermarket. You will support the Process Maturity improvement initiatives across the entire value stream: Sales to Delivery, and other back-office functions such as HR, IT, SCM, Sales Operations, E-commerce. In addition, you will provide strategic thought and execution leadership internally and externally required to transform and support new product introductions, existing product support, and 3rd Party management programs.
