The Senior Manager, On ‑ Market Collateral & Marketing Optimization is a marketing leader responsible for the oversight, optimization, and performance management of on ‑ market marketing collateral for consumer and HCP teams . This role owns the end ‑ to ‑ end plan for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of active marketing assets across channels and customer touchpoints. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role partners with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Operations , PMO, and MLR to ensure live marketing assets are continuously optimized to drive business outcomes, elevate customer experience, and support enterprise priorities.
