Senior Manager of Teaching and Instruction

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Teaching & Instruction to lead a regional team of virtual teachers and drive execution of high-quality instructional delivery across assigned state(s) or district(s). You’ll play a critical role in ensuring alignment to local program needs while maintaining fidelity to Edmentum’s instructional models. In this role, you will: Own instructional program quality and execution across an assigned region Supervise and coach teachers to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction Manage regional staffing and teacher assignments, ensuring coverage and compliance Collaborate across departments to solve escalations and meet district expectations Monitor data and trends to identify risks and lead improvement efforts Serve as a regional representative with school and district stakeholders Participate in internal initiatives such as teacher development and certification efforts
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree and an Educational Leadership certification
- You bring 5+ years of instructional leadership experience, including managing remote teams
- You’ve successfully led instructional programs across geographies or multi-site environments
- You’re an excellent coach with a track record of driving teacher growth and performance
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability virtual environment
- You understand regional education requirements and adapt practices accordingly
- You’re confident managing cross-functional coordination and external relationships
- You’re organized, proactive, and passionate about student success
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
Responsibilities
