Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 4-6+ years in risk, compliance, analytics, or product-related roles.
  • Required: Automotive TPA industry experience.
  • Required: Experience with state or lender rate filings.
  • Strong Excel + BI skills; SQL preferred; Python/R a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Actuarial, reinsurance, or insurance carrier experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead risk assessments across operational, financial, and compliance areas.
  • Analyze program and vehicle class performance; recommend pricing and underwriting adjustments.
  • Partner with carriers and reinsurers on pricing, contracts, and program structures.
  • Prepare and manage state and lender rate filings; maintain licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Design, model, and support the launch of new products and warranties.
  • Review high-dollar claims and collaborate with Claims to improve program integrity.
  • Develop monthly performance reporting and guide ad hoc analysis.
  • Mentor analysts and serve as a cross-functional partner to leadership and external stakeholders.
