We are looking for a Senior Manager of Resource Management to join our team.

  • Act as the primary RMO contact for Sales, translating late-stage pipeline into staffing needs, managing urgent demand, leading interlock meetings, and resolving escalations with Delivery Leadership.
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess feasibility, presenting data-driven go/no-go recommendations with clear options, trade-offs, and escalation paths to enable swift, informed leadership decisions.
  • Align internal and subcontractor resources to project needs, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and advising Delivery Leadership on resourcing bottlenecks.
  • Maintain 30–90 day capacity plans, track utilization and pipeline trends to flag at-risk projects, and partner with PMO and Delivery Managers to align resources with client commitments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in PSA and CRM tools, produce weekly dashboards on availability and utilization, and ensure data quality and compliance with planning standards.
  • Co-manage a team of four Resource Managers, overseeing performance, coaching, workload distribution, and contributing to onboarding, training, and skill development.
  • Identify and implement staffing workflow improvements, enhancing RMO playbooks, tools, and templates while supporting prioritization models and escalation frameworks for efficient decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional services experience.
  • 6–8 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, program management, crisis management, or sales/delivery operations within a high-volume, project-based environment.
  • Proven track record of leading demand interlock sessions with Sales and managing high-urgency fulfillment cycles.
  • Certifications such as RMCP, PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or CCMP.
  • Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce CRM.
