About The Position

The Senior Manager of Cancer Clinical Research is responsible for ensuring TriHealth Cancer & Blood Institute, Medical Specialties Institute and Precision Medicine Institute has an appropriate and well-managed infrastructure for offering clinical research programs to its patients and practicing physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Allied Health or related field (Required)
• 7 - 10 years progressive research experience, including leadership roles (Required)
• Financial reporting, research infrastructure, financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, auditing and internal controls

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of clinical research
• Serve as the primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, which includes ensuring all necessary project-specific training is provided
• Review and provide input for study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report, when applicable
• Drives process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentors and develops research team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
