1. Curriculum Development Aligned to District Needs Lead and oversee the development of high-quality, grade-level curriculum (TK–12) aligned to district priorities and student needs.Collaborate with district partners and internal stakeholders to design curriculum that supports academic enrichment and behavioral development. Develop behavioral support strategies and resources aimed at reducing student behavioral challenges during expanded learning programs. When district-specific requests are not provided, design adaptable and scalable enrichment curriculum suitable for multiple school contexts. 2. Product Innovation and Enrichment Kits Design and implement turnkey enrichment kits and instructional materials for use across school sites. Ensure materials are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and easy for frontline staff to implement with fidelity. Collaborate with internal teams to market curriculum products and enrichment kits to districts and schools as value-added offerings. Support the development of sustainable revenue streams that advance the Foundation’s mission. 3. Partnership Cultivation and Licensing Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations offering complementary learning products and services.Negotiate licensing, co-creation, or partnership agreements that expand program offerings and regional reach. Coordinate partner-led training, coaching, and implementation support to ensure quality and consistency. Serve as a thought partner in scaling innovative programming across regions. 4. Thematic and Intersession Program Development Provide leadership, structure, and oversight for thematic and intersession programs, including Teaching Fellows Summer University (TFSU), Teaching Fellows Summer Bridge (TFSB), Parent University (TFPU), and district-led thematic initiatives. Ensure program models align with organizational strategy, district needs, and best practices in expanded learning. Support program staff in implementation planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. 5. Project, Budget, and Data Oversight Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources related to curriculum and program innovation initiatives. Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness, guide iteration, and inform strategic direction. Ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals and funder expectations. 6. Research and Innovation Remain current on emerging research, best practices, and trends in enrichment, expanded learning, and youth development. Integrate innovative models and promising practices into program design to keep offerings relevant, effective, and competitive. Serve as a thought leader within the organization, contributing to long-term program growth and innovation strategy.
