About The Position
The Senior Manager of Professional Development is a key role within a leading North American law firm, responsible for managing and assessing professional development programs and needs. This hybrid position, based in either Washington, DC or New York City, focuses on overseeing the design of career development training for associates, identifying new learning strategies, managing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, and leading the professional development team.
