Verizon Connect is a fleet management provider offering a combined fleet tracking and dispatch software platform, helping businesses manage vehicles, jobs, and workers, track driver behavior and routes, and optimize fleet operations.

  • Play a lead role in identifying and creating new products/offerings for the Connected Devices product line and launching those products to customers and the Verizon Connect organization.
  • Work with key stakeholders across cross functional teams and customers to create strategic prioritization to add value and ease customer pain points.
  • Oversee the breadth of Vehicle Tracking global hardware and UI software experiences, including all 3rd party Hardware such as Xirgo, CalAmp, and legacy hardware as well as 1st party technology including Vehicle Data Device (VDD).
  • Lead the Vehicle Data Device version 2 requirements which requires CFT collaboration for user and technical requirements.
  • Work directly with TXWireless on the solution and design.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization for OEM product integration and experience.
  • Lead the team assigned to Vehicle Tracking and OEM.
  • Partner closely with the Self Service team to improve the physical hardware and packaging to support new Self Service experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline, or four years of experience.
  • Six or more years in Product Management or related field.
  • Experience leading a Product Management team.
  • Three or more years working directly with the customer on customer facing products.
  • Five or more years of working closely with Engineering and UX/Design teams.
  • Experience working on SaaS and Mobile products.
  • Experience managing and building consumer electronics hardware or devices.
  • Experience with global companies with distributed teams and an international environment.
  • High comfort level in presenting results and working with stakeholders both internal and external.
