  • Coordinate and supervise prevention services, YRC, and other cost reimbursement programs to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide conceptual development of program designs and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Supervise the compilation and submission of monthly performance measures for programs.
  • Coordinate and/or present community prevention, education, and training programs.
  • Provide administrative supervision of prevention staff and develop partnerships with community agencies.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and staff within funding limitations.
  • Assist in developing data collection instruments for statistical information and program evaluation.
  • Keep prevention staff informed of policy and regulatory changes.
  • Intervene on issues relating to complaints and concerns.
  • Educate others on prevention modalities necessary for CPS certification.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to meet the foundation's mission and goals.
  • Work with clinical executive and HR for staffing, training, and compliance with policies.
  • Uphold Cenikor's core principles and create a positive working environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all client and foundation matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, School Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in the substance use prevention field.
  • Administrative, supervision, and program development experience required.
  • One year of counseling and/or educational experience in a group setting with children and/or adolescents preferred.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead by established goals and objectives.
  • Exemplary ethical and business standards.
  • Good presentation and written communication skills.
  • Cost-effective management of program scope.
  • Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) standing with the Texas Department of State Health Services upon hire or working towards CPS.
