About The Position

As a Senior Manager on the North America (NAMR) Internal Communications team, you'll play a pivotal role in how we communicate with, engage, and inspire our people across the region. You'll serve as a strategic communications partner to NAMR Functions, including the People Team, helping deliver clear, compelling messages that support some of our most visible and complex initiatives—from people strategy and engagement programs to large-scale transformations. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who's equal parts strategist and hands-on operator. You bring strong communication judgment, a deep understanding of internal audiences, and the ability to translate ideas into messages that land. You'll create communication and engagement plans, shape thoughtful messaging, and develop content across multiple channels (email, PowerPoint, Slack, digital signage, video, etc.). You'll also help scale best practices and foster a strong internal communications community across NAMR. You'll report to the NAMR Senior Director of Internal Communications and collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across channels and formats.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Proven success supporting large-scale change or transformation through impactful internal communication.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills.
