Proskauer is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to oversee the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) program, ensuring the effective use of InterAction to support business development, marketing, and client engagement. This role will focus on system optimization, data governance, and user adoption while also monitoring developments in the CRM marketplace to keep the Firm informed of emerging tools and trends. In addition, the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology will manage the firm’s email marketing platform, Vuture, ensuring high-quality communications that strengthen client relationships and support firm-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10 years of CRM experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Expertise with InterAction preferred; familiarity with CRM market trends preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Vuture or another enterprise email marketing system.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and user adoption strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and training skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy & Management Lead the ongoing administration and optimization of the firm’s InterAction CRM.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies around marketing data systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and standardized processes across the systems.
  • Develop and enforce CRM usage policies and best practices.
  • Stay apprised of CRM trends and emerging technologies, providing informed recommendations on opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging CRM platforms to assess long-term opportunities for the Firm’s CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT, business development, and communications teams to ensure CRM supports broader firm goals.
  • Lead and manage CRM-related project initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Email Marketing & Vuture Oversight Manage the firm’s email marketing campaign platform, Vuture, overseeing campaign creation, list management, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Partner with practice groups, lawyers and business development to deliver targeted, high-impact client communications.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve engagement.
  • Training, Support & Adoption Design and deliver training programs for lawyers and staff to improve CRM and Vuture adoption.
  • Act as the go-to resource for CRM and email marketing best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability for CRM usage and data quality.
  • Own and maintain a comprehensive library of CRM and Email Marketing tools documentation.
  • Reporting & Analytics Work with the Client Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business intelligence to partners, practice groups, and firm leadership.
  • Track and analyze email marketing performance, providing insights to inform content strategy and client development initiatives.
