Proskauer is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to oversee the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) program, ensuring the effective use of InterAction to support business development, marketing, and client engagement. This role will focus on system optimization, data governance, and user adoption while also monitoring developments in the CRM marketplace to keep the Firm informed of emerging tools and trends. In addition, the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology will manage the firm’s email marketing platform, Vuture, ensuring high-quality communications that strengthen client relationships and support firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) program
• Ensure the effective use of InterAction to support business development, marketing, and client engagement
